A fantastic recipe for great tasting healthy pancakes tried and tested by our trainers and clients.
- 100g rolled oats
- 200g cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend the ingredients in a food processor. Pour into a heated pan by the 1/4 cup, cooking 2-3 minutes per side. James’ favourite way to enjoy these pancakes is to add natural low fat yogurt with blueberries and raspberries. Try them for yourselves and share your favourite combination with us!
